Sam Blight was born and still resides in Western Australia, currently with his wife Mary and some cats in the Perth Hills suburb of Boya, a beautiful setting which has provided inspiration and subjects for his photography.

His other interests include music (he is a guitarist), relaxed bicycling, cinema, non-dual contemplation, applied ontology and sitting very still, doing nothing.
